Vinovore Desert Nights NV is a white sparkling natural wine made from 100% Famoso grapes planted on sand and gravel soils near Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 10 months on native yeasts, unfiltered. Aromatic profile with typical green apple, sage, and sambuca flower. On the palate, Vinovore Desert Nights NV is crispy, super salty with bitter herbs, green apples, dry orange popsicles, a little creamy and very dreamy.
