Using the Loire Valley as his inspiration, this is his take on dry rosé made from the powerful grape. 100% Cab Franc means this wine is full-bodied with a bit of tannin on the finish. Just enough to stand up to charred, smoked and grilled fare. Tart cherry and strawberry flavors still keep the wine refreshing.
