Shipped fresh and locally, each egg is candled and graded after they are laid and washed. Candling is a process in which the eggs pass through a special light to ensure there are no defects such as water or blood.
Owner and operator Mike made the decision to leave the city behind in 1960, moving his family to the country. He purchased two acres of land in Ontario, California that today successfully houses 2000 chickens to provide extraordinary eggs to the marketplace.
