Our original honey is from local wildflowers that grow in the mountains and hills around Malibu and Los Angeles. Wildflower is always a surprise, depending on the time of year the bees are foraging and how much rain there has been. Even wildfires will create different fauna for the bees. Right now we have alot of buckwheat in our honey which I love!
