Our house made sauce is one of our favorites. We start with a few handfuls of chopped onion, some fresh garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Once the onions are caramelized we add calabrian chilis and a few anchovies. We make sure these onions are well caramelized before we add the main ingredient organic California grown tomatoes. It will be a family favorite soon.
