Sourced from one of the top wineries in all of Napa, this unique blend is similar to a White Bordeaux. It shows beautiful white peach and nectarine on the approach. The mid-palate has an amazing weight that is greater than most Sauvignon Blancs. The addition of Ribolla Gialla adds another surprise and more complexity. The wine finishes with beautiful acidity and the flavors of mandarin orange and lime. The finish is very long and savory. The range of foods can be oysters to burrata to goat cheese to blackened redfish.
